Cancellation
In case of a cancellation, the following cancellation will be applied (see Art. 7 GTC):
By 5 months prior to arrival
By 4 months prior to arrival
By 3 weeks prior to arrival
Within the last 3 weeks prior to arrival

Cancellations can only be accepted in written form.
Unfortunately, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Code you do not have a right to withdraw. However, we can offer you the possibility to cancel subject to the cancellation policy contained in the General Terms and Conditions. You will find a more detailed description of our farm’s cancellation policy attached. The legal regulations stipulated in Art. 45-67 of the Italian Consumer Protection Code Decree 206/2005 expressly apply.
